A Bohemian threemover. The key is the Q-sacrifice 1. Qa6! with the threat 2. Qa1+ Ke4 3. Ng5#. On 1.. Bxa6 2. Bc3+ Ke4 3. Ng5# model mate; on 1.. Ke4 again a Q-sacrifice 2. Qf6! a quiet move threatening 3. Ng5#, Nd6#; 2.. Nxf6 3. Rf4# model mate; 2.. d4 3. Qf5#; 1.. Nxf3 2. Qa1+ Ke4 3. Nd6# model mate using the self-block on f3; 1.. c4 2. Qb6 (Qa7)+ Ke4 3. Qe3# and a short mate on 1.. Nc2 2. Qxd3#. Reprinted as No. 574 in Breuer's "Ideengeschichte" (1982): "Drei Opfervarianten mit Modellmatts."
