Tanagra. White wants to mate by f3 and Rd5, so the wK has to be placed on d2, but not directly 1. Kd2? Kd4 and there is no waiting move, thus, losing a tempo with the key, 1. Kc2 Kd4 2. Kd2 Ke4 3. f3+ Kd4 4. Rd5#.
